| How to Prepare : |

| Layer sandwiches in bottom of 9 by 13 pan. Drizzle some chocolate and caramel syrup over sandwiches. Put another layer of ice cream crosswise from first. Drizzle more chocolate and caramel syrup over second layer. Spread cool whip over top. |
